Returns  
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not happy with your item, you can request a return within this period.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition  
- It must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Refunds  
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Warranty  
All our products come with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. This covers any faults or issues that may arise under normal use.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue quickly.
